People meet and help themselves

Many approaches to coaching try to channel and systematise a completely simple phenomenon - which is probably as old as mankind itself: People meet, converse and help themselves. People coming together is a factor which is wholly individual and this process of exchange cannot be pigeonholed into a particular coaching method:

My approach to coaching

I will provide you with a protected framework which enables support for vocational and personal queries and which also facilitates self reflection from a distanced perspective. Concentrating on the questions that are relevant to you we will work on the seam which integrates person and function and seek solutions together. If necessary, I will bring my technical expertise to the table.

The duration and extent of the coaching procedure is dependent on your requirements.
