Based on a deep understanding of project management I will provide you with a solid framework composed of field expertise and tecniques from sistemic coaching. Following your requirements I can offer individual coaching with your project manager as well as with your project team. If it proves necessary I provide hands-on support in management presentations, employee information or with any kind of specific step you may request.
