Project management means target-oriented preparation and obtaining the correct resources in the right place at the right time. Project management means managing co-workers. Project management means securing acceptance and inspiring enthusiasm. Project management is all of this and a lot more besides. However: More is often less!

From euphoria to crisis - does this sound familiar to you?

A good idea. Is turned into a project. Quickly. Limiting the time spent on planning activities. Starting immediately on content-related work.
Under the beginning of a project - often under pressure - nobody likes to looks forward to "administrative" aspects, holding discussions with sceptics in the project field or investing a significant amount of time in detailed planning. If the initial euphoric phase has dwindled, the first project crisis often occurs much quicker than anticipated.

My approach to project management

I will provide you with a solid project management framework which we will arrange in a flexible manner and tailor to your project. I ensure that methodology is not the centre of attention as an end in itself, but that the planning tools, organisation and communication structures as well as work techniques are used which provide optimal support for the project.

Depending on your requirements I will assume management of the project, delve intensively into content-related queries or act in the background a a project coach. I work in the following project languages: German, English and Spanish.
